diocese of Saint-Germain do Rimouski, canonically acknowledged and erected in Lower Canada, by tho ecclesiastical authorities; And wiiekeak tho said P.Louis Gauvreau, Aquilas Begin, A.Prisque Letendie and Louis Sifroi LaRoche, four of the said commissioners, have, as such commissioners as aforesaid, under and by virtue of tho provisions contained in the said act, made to the Lieutenant Governor of Our Provinco of Quobec, a return of their opinion, with a procès-verbal of thoir proceedings, by which they describe and declare the limits and boundaries of that certain part of tae township of Cap Rosier, in the said roman catholic diocese of Saint Germain de Rimouski, in the county of Gaspé, which their think most expedient to be annexed to the parish of Saint Alban du Cap Rosier, in the said county of Gaspé, in tho diocèse aforesaid, to be as follows, that is to say : A certain territory containing according to the plan about twenty four chains in front by about ono hundred and twenty chains in depth, comprising the lots numbers 41, 42 and 43, in the first range of the township of Cap Rosier, and being bounded towards tho east by the Gulf of Saint Lawrence, towards the west by the lots numbers 34, 35 and 36, of tho second range of the said township, towards tho south by the lot number 40, and towards the north by the lot number 44, of the said first range of the said township of Cap Rosier.NOW KNOW YE, that wo have confirmed, established and recognised, and by these presents do confirm, establish and recognise the aforesaid limits and boundaries of that part of tho TOWNSHIP OF CAP* ROSIER hereinbefore described, to be and remain annexod to the parish of SAINT ALBAN DU CAP ROSIER;
