qu'elle veuille y donner sa sanction, un bill intitulé : Acte octroyant & Sa Majesté les deniers requis pour les dépenses du gouvernement, pour les années fiscales expirant le 30 juin 1886 et le 30 juin 1887, et pour d'autres fins du service public.A ce Bill la sanction royale a été donnée dans les termes suivants : Au nom de Sa Majesté, le Lieutenant Gouverneur remercie bob loyaux sujets, accepte leur bienveillance et sanctionne ce bill.Après quoi il a plu à Son Honneur le Lieutenant Gouverneur de clore la cinquième session du cinquième parlement de la Province de Québeo par le DISCOURS suivant Honorables Messieurs du Conseil Législatif; Messieurs de l'Assemblée Législative ; En venant aujourd'hui, au nom de Sa Majesté, donner la sanction royale aux actes législatifs de
