Et attkndi' que le dit surintendant spécial a fait au dit conseil un rapport mentionnant lu nombre do maisons bâtiuB et habitées sur le dit territoire, et la désignation des limites qui, dans son opinion, doivent être données au territoire ci-après plus particulièrement décrit, contenant au moins quarante maisons habitées dans une étendue n'excédant pas soixante arpenta en superficie ;
