the Legislative Council, Gentlemen if the Legislative Assembly, I value the more highly the privilege of closing this fourth session of our sixteenth Legislature, since it affords me the opportunity of congratulating you on the devotion .you have displayed in the accomplishment of your task.I feel that I am promoting the common welfare of our Province, in sanctioning the laws which you have adopted after deep reflection and prolonged deliberations.(lentlemen of the Legislative Assembly, fn the name of His Majesty, I thank you for the liberal supplies which you have granted to enable the different Departments of the Government to meet the many needs of our people.Honourable Gentlemen of the Legislative Council, Gentlemen of the Legislative Assembly, Whilst you have been promoting the
