prison des femmes de Montréal.This day, at half past three o'clock of the afternoon, His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor proceeded to the Legislative Council Chamber, in the Legislative Building.The members of the Legislative Council being assembled, His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor was pleased to command the attendance of the Legislative Assembly, and, that House being present, the Clerk of
