producer-suppliers shall have the preference of hauling the milk on the business place of said dealer.When the milk dealer, the cooperative society or the cooperative syndicate hauls milk from the cents per hundred pound-; of milk for any distance from three to six miles; and not more than twenty cents per hundred pounds of milk for any distance greater than six miles.However, if the
