il voit également à l'entretien desdits véhicules (lavage, graissage, cirage, etc.) mais il n'exerce pas les fonctions de l'homme de métier dans l'industrie automobile comme celle du mécanicien, de l'électricien, du débosseur, du peintre.Ce terme désigne aussi tout salarié, commis à la comptabilité, à la tenue des livres et aux écritures.e.\u2014Le tenue \"étudiant\" désigne toute j>er-sonne qui étudie chez un directeur de funérailles, l'art de l'embaumement.L'étudiant fait partie du personnel régulier de l'entreprise comme homme de service.La période d'apprentissage est deux (2) ans.Un embaumeur ne pourra avoir qu'un seul étudiant à son emploi.IL\u2014Juridiction professionnelle et territoriale:\u2014 a.\u2014Le décret s'applique à tous les directeurs de funérailles et embaumeurs et aux salariés à leur emploi, dans les cités et villes situées dans l'Ile de Montréal et l'Ile .Jésus et dans un rayon de dix (10) milles autour de l'Ile de Montréal.b.\u2014Il s'applitptera également h tout autre directeur de funérailles qui vient de l'extérieur faire affaires dans les limites de la présente juridiction territoriale, soit occasionnellement ou soit régulièrement.c\u2014Toutefois, ne sera pas assujetti au décret, le directeur de funérailles de l'extérieur: t.\u2014Venant conduire dans la juridiction territoriale quelqu'un étant décédé à l'extérieur.if\u2014 Venant chercher quelqu'un décédé dans la juridiction territoriale pour l'inhumer à l'extérieur.III.\u2014Heures de travail:\u2014a.\u2014La durée régulière de la semaine de travail sera de soixante-six (00) heures pour six jours de travail.b.\u2014Repos hebdomadaire:\u2014Tout employé aura droit ii un jour complet (24) heures de repos chaque semaine.c\u2014Tout travail supplémentaire, après soixante-six (00) heures, devra être rémunéré à raison de salaire et demi.Toutefois, un employé, recevant un salaire supérieur au taux fixé par le décret devra recevoir pour son travail supplémentaire un salaire calculé au taux habituel plus 50% des taux minima fixés par le décret.IV.\u2014Taux de salaires minima:\u2014a.\u2014Les embaumeurs devront recevoir le salaire minimum suivant: 1.\u2014S'ils sont employés à la semaine: 1er embaumeur.$ 30.00 2ième embaumeur.28.00 6.\u2014The term \"embalmer\" designates any employee whose task is to keep corpses in a hygienic condition, by what process soever, lay them in state in a funeral parlor, put them into graves and perform any work requested from the service man.0.\u2014The term \"mechanic\" designates any person whose task is to repair the automobiles, ambulances, trucks and perform the work of an automobile worker and of a service man.d.\u2014The term \"service man\" designates any person whose task is to decorate or untrhn funeral parlors, carry bodies with the embalmer and perform general work designated by the employer.Not limiting his functions in any way, he also drives the hearse, van or any automobile used for the transportation of customers and any other vehicle needed by such a concern; he also assumes the care of the said vehicles and does the washing, greasing, polishing, etc., but he does not perform the work of automobile workers, namely that of the mechanic, the electrician, the body worker, the painter.This term also designates any employee performing clerical work in bookkeeping and accounting.c.\u2014The term \"student\" designates any person learning the trade of embalming in a funeral director's establishment.The student shall be considered as a service man of the concern.The apprenticeship period shall consist of two years.An embalmer shall be allowed one student only.II.\u2014Territorial and Professional Jurisdiction:\u2014 a.\u2014The decree shall apply to all funeral directors and embalmers and their employees in cities and towns situated in the Islands of Montreal and Jesus and within a radius of 10 miles around the Island of Montreal.b.\u2014It shall also apply to any other funeral director from outside doing business within the limits of this territorial jurisdiction, whether occasionally or regularly.c.\u2014However, the undertaker from outside: i.\u2014Taking into the territorial jurisdiction people deceased outside ;
