following information : a) the description (location and area) of the land or lands to be reforested; 6) the actual condition of this or these lands; c) the mode of reforestation (by sowing or by plantation) and the forest species to be used; d) the quantity of seeds or plants to be used per acre and their origin ; He must at the same time express whether he desires to secure a grant of seeds or forest plants or prefers the grant of a reforestation premium as mentioned hereafter in paragraph No.3; in the first case he must waive, in writing, the premium ; If after having secured plants or seeds the beneficiary does not use them for the agreed purpose and if be does not maintain bis plantation in good order, be will have then to reimburse the Government with the cost value of the goods received; 2.\u2014At the end of five years, a forest engineer of the Department of Lands and Forests will make a special inspection of the location to look after the conditions of the reforested areas.If the terms listed in the following paragraph have been fulfilled, the Minister may grant a cash premium of $10.00 for each area of reforested land kept in good order provided that the beneficiary agrees to abide by the provisions of paragraph No.4; in no case, however, there will be any annual grant exceeding five hundred ($500.00) dollars to any land-owner or limit-holder for his
