Richmond.3.For the purpose of the present order, milk sold under the brand of \"Jersey Milk\", shall not contain less than 4.5% butterfat in its natural state.4.Any Jersey Milk dealer must pay to his producers-suppliers, for each hundred pounds of Jeisey Milk which he received from them, $2.70 F.O.B.business place of said dealer.5.No person shall, within the limits of said region of Richmond, offer, sell or deliver Jersey milk at prices inferior to seven cents a pint and twelve cents a quart.6.No person shall, within the limits of said region of Richmond, offer, sell or deliver to a grocery, a restaurant, a hotel, a dealer or to any other business establishment, Jersey Milk at prices inferior to six cents a pint and eleven cents a quart.The present order shall come into force on
