doivent verser au comité paritaire une somme équivalente à x/i de 1% de leurs salaires, boni et pourcentages.2.Mode de perception En vue de faciliter la perception'de ces cotisations, le comité paritaire peut mettre à la disposition des employeurs professionnels régis par lesdits décrets des formules de rapport sur lesquelles doivent être inscrits les nom, prénoms et adresse de chaque salarié à leur emploi, sa qualification, le nombre d'heures de travail régulières et supplémentaires effectuées chaque semaine, la nature de ce travail et le salaire payé ainsi que les sommes qui doivent être versées au comité paritaire.L'employeur professionnel doit percevoir à même le salaire de chacun de ses salariés les sommes qui reviennent au comité paritaire et les remettre lui-même audit comité.Le comité paritaire exige que le rapport de l'employeur professionnel, dûment signé et accompagné des cotisations, de même que les cotisations des artisans ou des salariés, suivant le
