the proofs of his competency, of studies made and of practical work done, and the Commission, upon recommendation of its Technical Training Committee, may accept such studies as being equivalent to the apprenticeship or part thereof; 4.Before becoming a journeyman, or to be classified in one of the various categories of journeymen mentioned in the decree, every apprentice shall obtain a recommendation from the Commission which shall be given to him only after the passing of theoretical and practical examinations determined by the Commission.3.The following paragraph will be added after the first paragraph of subsection \"d\" of section VI: \"Every regular employee shall be paid for the following holidays: St.Jean Baptiste Day and Labour Day.\" 4.Subsection 6 of section VLI will be amended by replacing the words: \"four (4) hours per day\" by the words \"two hours per half-day\"; 5.Subsection 16 of section \\ II will be amended by adding, after the words \"in full\" the
