out of the decree.\u2022 b) All foremen and men shall be under the control of Companies' Superintendents and/or Contracting Stevedores but all orders to the men shall be given through their respective foremen.Foremen shall select their men.c) Any men found smoking in the hold, pilfering or under the influence of liquor while at work, shall be discharged at any time.d) Hatch beams must be taken off or bolted when men are working in the hatch and using a winch.e) The Companies and/or Contracting Stevedores shall have the right to judge how all men in the gang arc to be distributed and shall also up by the Longshoremen's representative on the wharves with the Employer's superintendent and/or contracting stevedores, and not with the men.Should there be any dispute which cannot be adjusted between the parties hereto as to the interpretation of any clause of the decree, the men shall continue to work and such dispute shall be referred to a Committee of Arbitration, consisting of three
