dans ce cas, le taux de salaire régulier est payable le jour de congé statutaire mais le taux de salaire double doit être payé le jour convenu.VI.Congés payés: Le Premier de l'An, le Vendredi-Saint, le 24 mai, le Jour de la Saint-Jean-Baptbte, la Confédération, la Fôte du Travail, II.Territorial jurisdiction: The territorial jurisdiction of the decree shall comprise the Island of Montreal and a radius of fifteen (15) miles from its limits.III.Industrial and professional jurisdiction: a) The decree shall apply to all establishments engaged in the manufacture or fabrication of sheet metal products which include all processed material and fabricated articles made entirely or principally from sheet metal of a tickness ranging from .0043 of an inch to .1875 of an inch.Sheet metal shall be considered as meaning steel and iron as well as non-ferrous metals and alloys.b) The decree shall not apply to industrial establishments and their employees already regulated by a collective labour agreement rendered legal and obligatory by decree issued under the authority of the said Act, nor does it apply to stoves and or furnaces manufactured or fabricated by foundries recognized as such.It does not apply to the establishment mainly producing equipment for maple sugar or syrup producers.IV.Standard working hours: The standard working week is one of forty-two and a half (423^) hours.The standard working day consists of eight and a half (8%) hours.There shall, however, be no specified hours of starting and finishing.b) Deductions: 1.Clocks punching minutes: Late starting shall be penalized to the amount of fifteen (15) minutes for lateness in excess of three minutes of each quarter of an hour on clocks which punch in minutes, i.e., for lateness from four (4) to eighteen minutes (18), the penalty will be fifteen (15) minutes, from nineteen (19) to thirty-three (33) minutes, the panalty will be one half hour, etc.2.Clocks punching tenths of hours: On time clocks which punch in tenths of an hour, an employee's time mu>t be punched one (1) point (within six minute.) before starting time and one point (six minutes) after quitting time.Lateness on cards punched on these clocks shall be penalized as follows: employees late one (1) or two (2) tenths of an hour (6 to 12 minutes) shall be penalized fifteen (15) minutes;
