(barbers-hairdressers) shall give a vacation of one week with pay, at the rate of thirty-six dollars ($36.00), to every regular barber-hairdresser journeyman who has been a whole year in his employ, without loss of time, except for good reasons.In the event that a journeyman barber-hair-dresser has worked less than one year, he is entitled to a vacation pay of 1/12 the wages of thirty-six ($36.00) dollars for each month of service without loss of time, except for good reasons.The employer shall give a week of vacation with pay to every apprentice with one year of service.The rate of vacation pay for the apprentice shall be that to which he is entitled at the date of his vacation; however, when the apprentice has had less than one year of service, he is entitled to 1/12 of his basic wages for each month of service without loss of time, except for good reasons.When an employer is unable to replace a journeyman barber-hairdresser for the duration of his vacation, he may, with the consent of the parties and of the Parity Committee, replace the vacation week by a bonus equal to the vacation pay.» For every annual vacation taken and paid, or replaced by a bonus, the year of service of an employee is computed from the date of employment by the same employer.\" In the event of the sale or transfer of a barber-hairdresser parlor the new owner and employer assumes the duties
