2.In subsection \"a\" of section 2, the following paragraphs are added: \"i.Mens' hairdresser, class \"A\", means a men's hairdresser who has obtained from the Parity Committee, in pursuance of the provisions of its by-laws, a certificate that qualifies him as such.\" \"ii.Men's hairdresser, class \"B\", means a men's hairdresser who has obtained from the Parity Committee, in pursuance of the provisions of its by-laws, a certificate that qualifies him as such.\" 3.Subsection \"/\" of section 2 is replaced by the following: \"f-1.Ladies hairdresser, class \"A\", means a ladies hairdresser who has obtained from the Parity Committee, in pursuance of the provisions of its by-laws, a certificate that qualifies him as such.\" \"f-2.Ladies hairdresser, class \"B\", means a ladies hairdresser who has obtained from the Parity Committee, in pursuance of the provisions of its by-laws, a certificate that qualifies him as such.\" 4.Section 3 is deleted and the following substituted therefor: \"3.Certificates of competency: a) Certificates of competency issued by the Parity Committee belong to their holders; the latter shall keep their certificates constantly where they ply their trade.5.Section 6 is deleted and the following subti-tuted therefor: \"6.Parlors in zones I and II: a) In the territory of zones I and II, no parlor may be operated without the services of at least one men's master hairdresser in the case of a men's hairdressing parlor, and at least one ladies master-hairdresser or one manicure-aesthetician in the case of a beauty parlor./;) Men's hairdressers of zones I and II holding a certificate of competency at the time of the coming into force of the decree No.44 of January 14th, 1954, are not subject to the provisions of the foregoing subsection.c) In the territory of zones III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X, no parlor may be operated without the services of at least one men's hairdresser, class B, in the case of a men's hairdressing parlor, and at least one ladies hairdresser, class B, in the case of a hairdressing parlor, or one manicure-aesthetician in the case of a beauty parlor.d) Men's hairdressers, class B, shall not ply their trade outside the territory of zones III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, 1% and X.\" 6.Section 23 is amended by adding the municipality of St.Félix du Cap-Rouge.7.In subsection \"a\" of section 24, the words: \"fifty (50) hours\" are replaced by the words \"forty-nine (49) hours\" and the words \"Saturday and holiday eves: 8.00 a.m.to 8.00 p.m.\" are replaced by the words \"Saturday and holiday eves: 8.00 a.m.to 6.00 p.m.\" 8.Subsection \"b\" of section 24 is deleted and the following substituted therefor: \"c) However, in the city of Levis, the weekly duration of wonk consists of fifty-one (51) hours, distributed as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 8.00 a.m.to 6.00 p.m.;
