jurisdiction providing for such co-opcrntion; 2.Issue a production and sales quota to producers bound by the joint plan; 3.Make rules for the transfer of the production and sales quota totally or in part.4.Subject to preliminary approval by the Agricultural Marketing Hoard, determine the financial participation of each producer in the administration of the joint plan, us well as the mode of collection of the said share, and to constitute the reserves necessary to work out the various aspects of the murketing of the product referred to: 5.Retain the services of carriers, of processors, warehouscrs or any other person whose intervention is needed for the marketing of the product, to assume the costs thereof, and determine each producer's part us well as the way of collecting it: 0.Set up gathering posts for the delivery of the product governed by the plan und determine the zones served by each post; 7.(Jive a ruling on the conditions of the production, conservation, preparation and handling or transfers of the product referred to, on its quality, its presentation and on the inscriptions or markings to be pluccd on the product; 8.Stipulate the classification and the marking of the product, as well as the conditions under which classification and marking should bc made and establish special classes, categories or denominations for that purpose; 9.Establish quotas for the production and sale of the marketed product, determine when anil where it should be marketed, prohibit its marketing in any other lime or place or in violation of I he set contingent or quota or of the set standard ; 10.Determine the terms and conditions of the marketing of the product, or to prohibit its marketing without its mediation; 11.Order, organize, direct and supervise the joint marketing of the product in order that the producers whose products arc sold during a fixed period and on a designated market, shall each receive from the proceeds of sale the same price for an identical product of the same quantity and equal quality but the sale price of which may vary for reasons unconnected with the real value of the product; and for such purpose: 4088 GAZETTE OFFICIELLE solutionner les griefs des producteurs relativement à l'exécution du plan conjoint, en déterminer les règlements et la portée de ses décisions; 15.établir une procédure dc règlement et d'arbitrage des griefs ct différends suscités à l'occasion ou au cours dc l'exécution du plan conjoint dans les rapports établis avec tout acheteur ou toute personne dont l'intervention est nécessaire à la mise en marché du produit; 16.obtenir des producteurs tout renseignement jugé utile à l'exécution du plan conjoint; 17.obtenir des acheteurs les renseignements et documents nécessaires à la surveillance du paiement du prix du produit visé suivant son utilisation; 18.faire toute enquête requise par les buts ct objectifs du plan conjoint; 19.négocier avec toute personne tenue de le faire en vertu dc la Loi des marchés agricoles, toute condition de mise en marché ct, spécialement: a) le prix dc vente du produit visé, ainsi que les conditions ct modalités du paiement du prix; b) les conditions, modalités et prix du transport, de l'entreposage, de la transformation, s'il y a lieu, ou de tout autre service relatif à la mise en marché du produit visé; c) l'appréciation dc la quantité, du poids, de la forme, dp la qualité, ainsi que des nonnes à appliquer dans chaque cas ct la surveillance de leur application par un représentant attitré de l'office; d) les conditions de surveillance relative au paiement du prix du produit visé, suivant sa classification et son utilisation, y compris l'obtention des renseignements et documents nécessaires à cette surveillance ainsi que leur forme et la sale according to the regulations in force; 12.Delegate part of its powers and functions to any person; 13.Sign any contract and, thereby, bind every producer concerned with the joint plan, to fix its duration and the conditions for its renewal, 14.Establish a good-will committee lo study and solve the producers' grievances arising from the carrying out of the joint plan, determine the regulations which shall govern the said committee and the range of its decisions.15.Establish a regulation and arbitration procedure to settle grievances and disputes which might arise during or from the currying useful to the carrying out of the joint plan; 17.Obtain from the purchasers any information or documentation necessary to supervise the payment of the price of the product, according to its use; 18.Make any inquiry necessary for the carrying out of the aims and purposes of the joint plan; 19.Negotiate with any person, obliged lo do so under the Agricultural Marketing Act, all marketing conditions and, more particularly: (a) the sale price of the marketed produel, as well as the terms and conditions of the payment of the price; (6) the conditions, terms and price of transportation, storage, processing, if need be or of any other service related to the marketing of thé product; (c) the appraisal of the quantity, weight, form, quality and standard applicable in each ease and the supervision thereof by a représentaiive appointed by the producers' board; (d) the conditions of the supervision relative to the payment of the price of the product, according to its classification
