upcoming annual Flower Show to take place in August.Mr.and Mrs.Greg Vaughan, Mr.and Mrs.Raymond Wightman and Gilles Paquette and friend will be enjoying a two weeks holiday in Hawaii.Miss Bonnie Jeane Corey of Auburn, Mass., motored here and was a weekend guest of her grandmother and aunt, Mrs.Frank Corey and Jeane, at the Ridge.Sympathy is extended to Mr.Graham Neil and family, in the death of his mother, Mrs.Gordon Neil of Granby.Sutton Mable Boyce 538-2946 Sympathy is extended to the family and friends of the late John Ringwood who passed away at the BMP Hospital recently, after being a patient there for some time.Mrs.H.Boyce was a dinner guest of Mr.and Mrs.R.Lessard, Mansonville.on Sunday, February 10, and called at the Young and Golden Age MANSONVILLE — Golden Agers enjoyed a dinner of turkey, gravy and biscuits, mixed vegetables.scalloped potatoes, johnny cake, home-made beet pickles, chocolate cake, cookies, jello and nutri-whip, tea and coffee on Tuesday, February 12.The donors were Rita Mossa, Verlie Aiken.Thelma Wilkins, George Hamilton.Mary Schoolcraft, Raymond Bedard and the club.Iris Milroy gave a donation towards future lunches, for which she was thanked, as were the others, by the president.Several people discovered a heart on their coffee cup, plate or napkin at the dinner hour.Those on the receiving end were Flora Drouin.Bruce Nichols, Lina Tomuschat, Dot Woodard, George Hamelin, Mary Schoolcraft, Julienne McDuff, Raymond Bedard, Iris Milroy and Porter Knowlton Door prizes went to Dolores M a r-coux, Walter Smithers, Thelma Wilkins and Flora Druoin.Two of our members have a member of their family involved in the Gulf War.So President Rita Mossa asked them to bring the addresses of the two men and their wives so we could sign a thinking-of-you card for each of them.Treasurer Mary Schoolcraft has a daughter Ann and son-in-law Hamelin homes in the afternoon.Mrs.Alice Shepard of Mansonville is recuperating at the Sutton Foyer for a short while after being a patient in the B M P Hospital.Best wishes go out to her at this time.Mrs.Bernice Boule is home after being a patient in the BMP Hospital.Get-well wisnes from ail.Bernice.We all wish Bertha Tracy the best for a good recovery after suffering a slight stroke.Brigham Doris E.Dougall Friends of Mr.Cedric Dougall will be pleased to know he has returned home after undergoing surgery in the local hospital recently.We are very sorry to report that Mrs.Jean Crossfield has had to return to the hospital for further treatment.We extend to both these people our heartfelt wishes for their recovery.Mrs.John Madden, Georgia, Vt.spent a few days with her mother, Mrs.Cedric Dougall while her father was in hospital.Mr.and Mrs.Archie Pettes and little grandson Johnnie of Albany, N.Y.spent Saturday, February 2 with Mrs.Pettes’ mother Mrs., Cedric Dougalls and visited her j father in hospital.Mr.and Mrs.Bryce Dougall and Mrs.Inez Watts of the Town of Mount Royal were supper guests one evening of Miss D.Dougall and Mrs.Ada Goodhue.Mr.and Mrs.Michael de la Mare were guests one evening of Mr.and Mrs.L.Johnson in Bedford.Mrs.Pierre deLuca and two chil- Club News Chàlo Perales and three grandchildren who live in Thunder Bay, Ont.Chàlo.a doctor, was recently called to active duty in a hospital in Germany.Chàlo is a Major and second in command there.Verlie Aiken has a granddaughter.Debra Smith Wilcox, married to Sgt.Chris Wilcox, who with their two children were stationed in Germany.Chris is in the American Army.At Christmastime he was notified that he would be sent to Saudi Arabia should there be a need.Well, Chris is atthe Gulf now.Cards were signed for both couples (4 cards) with our best wishes and prayers for each of them, also a wish that the war will soon be over.They are invited to drop by on their return home to the Mansonville town hall to pick up their yellow ribbon that we have tied to our Golden Age Club sign.We shall keep in touch
