THICSHKKBKUOkt: KKiOKl) M KS NON ^IfT?CANADA Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act QUEBEC • PREAMBLE Pursuant to the provisions of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, a census was taken in 1971 of the population of the Province of Quebec;
