Prime Minister MacDonald faced a house packed to the doors\u2014 silenced with the gravity of the occasion.His speech throughout was unbroken by any interruption save an occasional cheer.From the dominions his listeners included Prime Minister R.B.Bennett, Stanlev Bruce, of Australia;
