Titre :
Morning chronicle and commercial and shipping gazette
La ligne éditoriale du journal est définie comme suit : « [.] in the management of The Morning Chronicle we shall, therefore, begin by simply declaring, that, as we glory in our connexion with the British Empire, it will be our undeviating aim and unremitting endeavour, to create and foster a cordial attachment to those time-honoured institutions which have made her so illustrious in the annals of the world ». (May 18, 1847, p. 2)

[Traduction]
Voici les différents titres que le Quebec Chronicle-Telegraph a connus depuis ses débuts : Disponibles en ligne : The Morning Chronicle (Jan. 1847 - Nov. 1850) The Morning Chronicle and Commercial and Shipping, 1850-1888 The Morning Chronicle (Feb. 1888 - May 1888) The Quebec Morning Chronicle, 1888-1898 The Quebec Chronicle, 1898-1924 Non disponible en ligne : The Chronicle Telegraph (1925-1934) The Québec Chronicle-Telegraph (1934 à ce jour)

besides they irijure the tone of the stomach and bowel*.My principle is never to weaken the system ; the stronger the vital (unctions, the more (niwer have they to thiow off disease when assisted by a really good medi erne.Salt* and Castor oil and the w hole cate gory of pills, made ol Drugs, answer no purpose more (ban purgation.Nucb diuga neither reach the blood or bad humor.Tbe Pills made of these Plants it a different thing altogether.They can not harm a child, yet lust so sure as we are liv mg beings, so sure arn i that their efficacy in cur mg Diseases of the Blood and other complaints it certain, and in some cases to which I have been ey**-wittiek#, their cutes have been almost miraculous.THK FOREST WINK.The medical piopeitiea of the Forest Wine are different Ironi those of the Pills, but the efficacy of each Remedy harmonites together ;
