about 500 ladies sitting back of the Mem- pers on each side ; and the parts below the Bar filled with gentlemen, all admitted on tickets.There were some unusual inoises.and: crowding at the door en the Assembly entered.The Speech is rather nentary.It will probably have reached Que- h the list of Bills sanctioned, some seventy than a hundred with those pre- \u2018ousiy sanétioned ;
