this scribe with a host of new material for you though and I'll be passing it on from time to time.It was previously mentioned that releasing stamps minus a denomination allowed the postal authorities to continue selling the domestic rate stamps without having to reprint them. The two stamps in question were the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of our flags issued on May 1st and the booklet stamps commemorating the fortress of Louisbourg issued on May 5th.The writing was on the wall and as we all know, August 1st saw a raise in postal rates by two cents. With the increase in rates came new definitive issues. The only change in the domestic rate stamp bearing the portrait of the queen is the colour and the denomination. The second 45-cent stamp now depicts our flag against the background of a modern office building. This is a significant change from previous issues that depicted the flag on a scenic background. Both stamps are for letter rate up to 30 grams within the maximum sizes stated. The fruit tree series was extended by three stamps.A 52-cent denomination depicting the Gravenstein apple covers the U.S.rate while the 71-cent stamp featuring the American chestnut tree will be for domestic letter rate between 30 and 50 grams. The 90-cent stamp depicting the Elberta peach is used for international letter rate and oversized rate.On September the 1st, Canada Post the perfect recipe for success Jeff Carson's self-titled debut album is out and it is just great. The newcomer has found the perfect recipe to blend an album which can go head to head with those of more expe- rinced artists. Two parts emotion, a pinch of compassion, a dash of fun and lots of talent is his mix.Nobody has heard much about Carson yet, even though he has been in Nashville for several years. This new album will change things real quick. The third of three children, this young singer was born into a musical family. His mom played bluegrass, banjo and guitar, his sister Karen plays piano, while older brother Steve is a bass player. His grandpa taught him how to play his first instrument — the harmonica.Sometime later, Jeff finally settled on the bass as his instrument of choice.WON CONTEST After high school, he met his first career goals when he entered a talent contest in Arkansas called Ozark Mountain Music. After winning, the club gave him a job with the house band.He played there for a couple of years, refining and improving his performance. Then it was time to set the goal higher and he achieved it by getting a chance to play in the entertainement hot spot of the Ozarks. The next thing he wanted was of course a record deal which implied having to move to Nashville. He was hesitant to make the move.“Kim, my wife, is the one who really gave me the support I needed,” Carson said.“She said ‘Let's move to Nashville, you're good enough to do it, J HITS Country Connection By Jessie Aulis and that gave me the boost I needed.” Almost immediately after arriving in Music City, he started playing at the Opryland Hotel and worked there for a few months, sometimes with a trio, sometimes as a single.SIGNED A DEAL It didn’t take time before music business execs spoted him as a potential star. After six or seven months in Nashville, Carson got his first writing- /development deal, which even- tualy led to an introduction to his producer, Chuck Howard.“I was in town about two years when I started doing demos for writers. That mushroomed to a point where I was doing 20 to 30 demos a week.” The very first demo he sang, “Mirror, Mirror”, was cut by Diamond Rio and not longer after that Tracy Lawrence cut “Running Behind” and both songs toped the charts.“Doing all those demos is what really helped me to develop my own sound. When you're doing a demo you don’t have anyone to influence how you sing the song, so demo after LENNOXVILLE THe ARE CENTEMNIAL THEATRE FYE 9692 Jeff Carson.debut album is terrific.demo you just kind of develop your own sound. You just sing it the way you can sing it.” SMOOTH VOCALS All that polishing eventually gave birth to the record deal with Curb Records. This is probably why Carson sounds as if he’s been doing it forever. He has smooth, evocative vocals and delivers a song with such ease it’s as if it was the simplest way to express himself. The collection features honky-tonk dance numbers like “Definite Possibilities”, a lively episode that deals with a dance hall princess and the guy who's out to make her his own, and “Holdin’ Onto Something”, the funkiest number in the lineup, where our hero is still chasing after the girl, and she’s awfully hard to get.“Get A Guitar (and learn how to pick it)” is a mid-tempo, Hank Williams-flavored tune that offers a father’s advice on how to avoid a life of hard labor.Carson's real strength is ballads, he’s not singing lyrics to a melody but rather blending the two until it gets one.One listen to the first single, “Not On Your Love’, a positive and uplifting ballad destined to be a winner with country music fans, and you'll hear what 1 mean.“Me Too”, an emotional.let s-get-it-on-again message of a man reminding an old flame that they're both still looking for a rock solid relationship also has the main ingredients shared by many country classics: soothing melodies and sentimental lyrics. If his first album is any indication of what Jeff Carson has got in store for us in the future, he just might be the next big star out of Oklahoma.Dolly Parton's new album, Something Special, will be out soon and it will include her very popular “I Will Always Love You”.But this time, she’s decided to make it a duet, singing the beautiful goodbye song with velvety-voiced Vince Gill.Parton’s earlier rendition of the song, written after the break-up of her singing partnership with Porter Wagon- ner, first hit number one in the 1970s.It went number one again in the early 1980s when Parton re-recorded it for her movie The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas, which also starred Burt Reynolds. It hit number one for the third time after Whitney Houston recorded it for the soundtrack of the movie The Bodyguard a couple years ago.I'm ready to bet that it's going to go number one again.Dolly really knew what she was doing when she got Vince Gill to sing it with her, but then, doesn’t she always! I'm wishing you a great Labor Day Weekend.Make it a country one.Is Rankin music too nice?By Elizabeth Renzetti TORONTO (CP) — There's a small matter of family that rankles the Rankin Family. They want to be seen as a band of musicians, not as a band of siblings.“When people hear the word family, the misconception is that band is too quaint,” said songwriter-guitarist Jimmy Rankin, 31, recently interviewed with his 30-year-old sister, Cookie.“A lot of people have that kind of misconception: without even hearing the group, they think it’s too nice for their tastes.” But they are quaint, and the people who have snapped up more than a million copies of their four records certainly find their Celtic-folk-country sound “nice.” (They've won four Junos and their fifth record, Endless Seasons on EMI, has just been released.) They're warily polite, but they're also obviously tired of questions about how the relationships that existed between them as kids have changed through adulthood and commercial success.“We're all adults now.We approach things on a more musical level than a familial level.” says Cookie Rankin.Have they ever thought of dropping the “Family” from their name and replacing it with something less telltale?Brother and sister look at each other and shrug.“You never know.” she says.A startling answer, considering six of 12 Rankin siblings earn their livelihood through the band (Jimmy, Cookie, Heather, Raylene, John Morris and their technician brother, David). They grew up in Mabou, N.S., on Cape Breton Island, under the musical patronage of their fiddle-mad father, Buddy, and their mother, Kaye, who handled her children’s careers when they were a kiddie Rankin band playing local dances and festivals. There are folk and country tinges on Endless Seasons, but like every other Rankin album (if less so this time), Cape Breton unmistakably whistles through. What other place in North America could give rise so legitimately and so organically to a pop band singing in Gaelic? The Record—TOWNSHIPS WEEK—September 1-8, 1996—5 COVER Theatre festival helps eliminate stereotypes Disabled actors break down barriers By Sunil Mahtani SHERBROOKE — Why not us” This is a question disabled people ask themselves over and over again. In some cases, barriers have been broken down.Consider the Special Olympics and other sporting events for example. But there are still many walls to be decimated. The members of the Association régionale pour le loisir et la promotion des personnes handicapées en Estrie are breaking through one of those barriers by organizing the first-ever theatre festival in Canada featuring people living with disabilities. The festival Bas les masques, taking place this weekend at Theatre du Parc Jacques-Cartier in Sherbrooke, brings together nine groups from across Quebec.Hailing from Port-Cartier, Cabano, Ste-Anne des Monts, Ste-Agathe, Valleyfield, Montreal, La Prairie, Magog and Sherbrooke, each troupe will perform one 30-minute play over the two-day event.COLLECTIVE ENERGY Some 120 actors and 90 volunteers have given their collective time and energy to make the event a success. The genesis of the festival took place when some members of the association, which groups almost 400 members from 18 regional associations, were having a post-movie discussion one evening when a mutual love of theatre was discovered. They asked the simple question “Pourquoi pas nous?”, and turned this battlecry into the name of their group: Nouitou.Organizer Pierre Germain said word soon spread like wildfire across Quebec associations for the disabled.“We were amazed to see how popular this type of medium was in Quebec with people who are disabled,” Germain said.“- People wanted to live this type of experience.” Theatre workshops at the Brin de Soleil camps in the summer of 1994 led to the successful performance of the play La machine à rêves at Théâtre du Parc Jacques-Cartier in June of that year.“We found dealing with people with disabilities that they wanted more than social dances and bingo games as far as leisure activities are concerned — and more than sports,” Germain said.CAN DO MORE “They are capable of more,” he added, explaining that that the 20-year-old association’s main goal is the promotion of leisure activities for people 8 dreau and Mario Gagnon are three of the organizers of the Bas les masques theatre festival.Missing from the photo is Mado Cruvellier.3 Johanne Goulet, Carole Cyr and Michel Fernet perform a scene from their play Drole de colis.with disabilities in the Townships.Germain said prejudice among the general population is one of the most limiting factors.People see the disabled as completely helpless, Germain said.“Our theme for the festival is pride. We want people to see what they’re capable of.” The 14 actors appearing in Nouitou’s play Drole de colis who have physical, visual and intellectual disabilities, have been working on the show since May, rehearsing at least once a week.Carole Cyr, who has been visually impaired since birth, wrote and stars in the play, a comedy about a group of young people who share a cramped apartment together.“Carole plays the nosy one.She wants to know everything happening in the apartment, she even listens to the other students’ phone calls,” said Germain.“She overhears one of her roommates saying something like ‘a bomb will explode’.In her mind, she thinks he’s involved with the Hell's Angels. She then finds a package in his room and tries to get rid of it.” RESPECT Though the play is a light comedy, Cyr said people can take a message away with them: “Respect other people and their property. We all have to live together.” Cyr said she’s had a love of theatre her entire life and feels privileged to be part of the production. Her friend Johanne Goulet, visually impaired for the past four years, also stars in the play, although she was hesis- Be 2 4 da à RECORD PHOTOS: PERRY BEATON tant to take part at first.“But I finally said yes. It’s a great experience playing in front of the public,” said Goulet with a smile.Michel Fernet, an intellectually disabled 25-year-old, said participating in the play helped him a great deal.“It gave me great confidence in myself. Before I was very shy, especially with girls,” he said.“The play helped me to talk about my emotions and feelings with everyone.” To learn their parts, the actors were given their scripts in inventive ways that took their disabilities into account; Cyr’s was written in very large type, while Goulet's was recorded on cassette. The play is directed by Mario Gagnon, one of the festival’s organizers and a veteran actor on the amateur theatre scene .- in the province for the past 15 years. He said his fist experience working with the disabled has been a pleasant one.NO EGOS “It's easier to work with disabled people because there's no jealousies, no ego,” he said.“They are disciplined and hard-working.I think they have fun too. It’s the best expe- nence I've had in my life.” Nouitou's play will be performed Sunday at 7:30 p.m.Germain said the festival is not a competitive one.“It's not the Olympics of theatre, it’s about sharing their experiences, their hopes and dreams,” he said.“The only competition is the actors’ own will to achieve something.” Organizer Claire Gaudreau said each troupe is a winner.“Each group will be given a trophy Sunday night to mark their participation,” she said. The festival's honorary president, Quebec actor Daniel Gadouas (TV’s Le temps d’une paix), will also be on hand Sunday evening. The association's plans for the future include mounting a play each year while organizing a theatre festival every two years.“We'd like to add other arts to the festival,” said Germain.“Music, and visual arts like dance, painting.” Germain said they would like to have in the arts the equivalent of what people with disabilites have in the world of sports. He pointed to the Multi- Sports event, which the members of the association take part in and which is held in a different Quebec city each year.WANT MORE “We found out that people with disabilities in Quebec want something more,” said Germain. They also have much more to offer than the average person might think, clearly evident at an exhuberant and energetic quickie rehearsal for The Records photographer. The Bas les masques theatre festival is an important event that helps break down barriers and educate the public to just some of the talents people with WEEK—September 1-8, 1996—7 IV WEEK ‘Muscular Dystrophy Telethon is this weekend Luc Desbiens raising awareness of MD By Sunil Mahtani MAGOG — While the annual Muscular Dystrophy Telethon traditionally focuses on children who suffer from neuromuscular diseases, there are countless adults just like Luc Desbiens who are sometimes overlooked.Desbiens, 34, is the Eastern Townships spokesman for the Quebec edition of the telethon which raises funds to fight the 40 neuromuscular diseases in this country. It takes place this weekend and will be broadcast on Radio-Canada.“There are adults who walk, work, marry, travel the world.I have something to say too,” Desbiens said at his Magog apartment.Desbiens is one of about 500 people in the Townships who suffer from muscular dystro- phy, which is for the most part hereditary and characterized by progressive degeneration and weakening of the muscles controlling body movements. But Desbiens hasn’t let what he simply calls “bad luck” stop him.The articulate Chicoutimi native has worked as a freelance journalist for Le Reflet de Magog and other papers. He has a degree in communications and politics, he drives, cooks, lives on his own, has traveled the world, and speaks three languages: French, English and sign language. The latter is particularly gratifying due to his problem of coordination.“Some people can’t do these things and I feel sad for them,” he said.“They miss so much.” Desbiens said he is fortunate his disease has remained stable for some time and he leads a relatively normal lifestyle. But he said nothing he’s done would be possible without a good state of mind.“You have to believe in yourself. It’s important to have faith. To be aware of what you are, aware of the disease and to say, ‘These are my weaknesses, these are my strengths’, and turn those weaknesses into strengths,” he said.“Also, 'm a Sagittarius.I'm like a ram.I like to make things happen.” THE NEXT STEP IS YOURS.Ora DYSTROPHY TELETHON: LABOUR DAY WEEKEND: FROM thrid ARO Nid .D © Radio Luc Desbiens.living, to bring down the barriers.’ He remembered a conversation he had with his neurologist over 10 years ago.“He said ‘What do you want to do in life?” ‘I want to be a journalist’.He said, ‘Don’t do it.Do something at home.I said, ‘Even if I only have a head, I'm going to be a journalist’.He was surprised and so was I.” Desbiens worked in community radio before studying communications and political science at Laval University in Quebec City. His goal is to help others living with muscular dystro- phy and sensitize the public to the realities of those afflicted by the disease.“I want to communicate my experiences and way of living, to bring down the barriers,” he said. One of the ways Desbiens is doing this is by being active in promoting the telethon, now in its 26th year.It is the major fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada, which has been active in the fight against neuromuscular diseases for more than 40 years. The association also provides financial, material and human support to those affected by neuromuscu- lar diseases.‘I want to communicate AN ‘experiences and way of “When you give one dollar to the telethon, 50 per cent goes to research.30 per cent goes to buy equipment and services, 10 per cent is for administrative costs and 10 per cent is for the telethon and special projects.” Last year, $26,472 was raised from phone-in pledges in the Townships alone during the telethon.Other events, such as baseball tournaments, brunches and the sale of t- shirts, brought that total up to $65,727 raised in E.T.Overall in 1994, the Quebec telethon raised $2,178,598.The objective this year is $2.3 million, a record high which host Michel Louvain is determined to reach.Louvain has announced he will be retiring as the main host of the telethon after 12 years at the helm.He will remain active as a fundraiser for years to come.A mix of information and entertainment, the telethon will be broadcast live from Théatre Denise-Pelletier in Montreal on Radio-Canada from 9 p.m.September 3 to 9 p.m.the next day.The Quebec edition of the telethon counts on more than 1000 volunteers and features performances by some 100 acts.It will feature appearances by singer Laurence Jalbert, Daniel Lavoie, Marie-Carmen, Mario Pelchat and actor Robert Marien, to name a few.Desbiens said it’s important to watch the telethon.“It’s not only to raise money but to talk about the real thing, the neuromuscular diseases which afflicts thousands of people in Canada.Sensitizing people is important.” Desbiens, who will be supervising the volunteers at the telephone pledge center at Sears in the Carrefour de l’Estrie, will also be present to meet the public at an information kiosk at the mall on Sunday from 1-5.It will be an opportunity for people to have questions answered and make pledges on the spot.Desbiens, whose future projects include publishing a newspaper for the Eastern Townships Association for the Deaf and writing his own biography, said it is an understanding and not sympathy that people with muscular dystro- phy want.“I am not handicapped.I have a difference. When you accept your difference, you can go forward,” he said firmly.“If people accept their differences, we can work together.” The Muscular Dystrophy Telethon will be televised from 9 p.m.September 3 to 9 p.m.September 4 on Radio-Canada.The national edition of the telethon will air on YTV from 10 am to 10 pm on September 4.U.S.channels will carry the Jerry Lewis telethon. The Townships phone number for pledges is (819) 563-9440 or 1-800-263-9440.The hosts of the 1995 Muscular Dystrophy Telethon are Marc Denis, Louise-Josée Mondoux, Michel Louvain, Lise Le Bel and Jean Gravel. 8—The Record—TOWNSHIPS WEEK—September 1-8, 1995 New Canadian sitcom hopes to break dismal track record By Michelle MacAfee EDMONTON (CP) CROSSFIRE BEYOND 2000 CHARLIE WHITE'S FISHING MACHINE LES BOMBES - pr Cv.16—The Record—TOWNSHIPS WEEK—September 1-8, 1995 THEATRE New Shakespeare exhibit seeks to silence myths By Lyndsay Griffiths STRATFORD-UPON- AVON, England (Reuter) — Was he the greatest writer of all time or a literary fraud who was mean with money, greedy with drink and a womanizer?A new exhibition at William Shakespeare’s birthplace seeks to set the record straight, guiding visitors through the writer’s school days, on to acting acclaim in London and back to retirement in Stratford's grandest house. It is a tale of an ordinary English boy who married a local girl, made good in London and died a rich man back home.In short, there is no dirt — or none that can be proved.“People do look for the negative side. But there's no evidence that he didn’t write the plays as some people claim, In fact, there’s nothing really nasty about him that is known for sure,” said David Howells of the Shakespeare Centre. But the nasty myths still make for enticing reading.Did the revered bard and playwright really die after a ferocious drinking bout? Was he penny-pinching with friends, unfaithful to his older wife? And how about his zest for property development, a prosecution for deer poaching?“People love reading things into Shakespeare but we're really here to paint an honest portrait,” said Howells.According to that portrait, Shakespeare was born in April 1564, one of eight children in the central English market town of Stratford, now one of Britain's top 10 tourist centres. The son of an ambitious glove merchant, the young Shakespeare appeared to develop an interest in theatre when troupes of visiting players circulated through town.In 1582, he married Anne Hathaway. He was 18, she was 26.“And yes, she was already three months pregnant. But people are people — whatever the time,” said Howells.A decade later, the first reference surfaced of Shakespeare moving to London, where he became a serious businessman, property owner and theatrical shareholder. He also wrote and acted in some plays. His company found success, was taken under the patronage of James I and became known as the King’s Men.Safety prime concern in stage fighting By Diane Menzies STRATFORD, Ont.(CP) — Lunge.Parry.Forward.Drop.Shoulders back.Cut to shoulder.Thrust.The young man moves gracefully forward and back; the rapier whispers as it slices through the air.An Errol Flynn movie? No, John Stead, fight director and stunt co-ordinator at the Strat- ford Festival, is giving a brief lesson in stage fighting. Now the bull whip cracks through the air in the empty rehearsal studio. It zips forward and back, up and Facts about down.Momentary delusions of Indiana Jones appear.“OK, now wrap the whip around my waist,” a trusting Stead instructs. The whip snakes around his waist and he roles forward as if he’s being pulled by a more powerful opponent. But it's all an illusion. And the better the illusion the harder the work and the more skill involved.“For a 20-second fight, about 20 hours of work,” says Stead, who this year directs the fight sequences in Macbeth — referred to by theatre folk as The Stratford’s fight director John Stead Some facts about stunt coordinator and fight director John Stead.HISTORY — 34, hometown Saskatoon, BA from University of Saskatchewan, studied at the Society of American Fight Directors.CAREER — Sixth season at Stratford Festival.Fight director for numerous productions including Twelfth Night, Cyrano de Bergerac, The Pirates of Penzance, Hamlet, Alice Through The Looking Glass, Othello. In the Ring and The Comedy of Errors.Fight director for more than 150 productions across Canada including Tommy in Toronto.TV credits include stunts on Tek War, Forever Knight, Life with Billy, Due South, Street Legal and Kung Fu, The Legend Continues.THIS YEAR — Fight director for Macbeth and The Comedy of Errors.QUOTE — “The object of doing stunts is to perform, not to get hurt.” — John Stead.Scottish Play — and The Comedy of Errors. The weaponry may vary — and Stratford has a vast assortment of swords, bows, knives, axes, whips, guns and other wicked looking devices — but the fundamentals of stage- fighting dont.“What the audience sees looks good,” says Stead, who has a black belt in karate.“But the actors are always protected.” What the audience doesn’t notice in the speed of a sword or rapier fight is that the weapon stops about 15 centimetres from the partner’s shoulder. It moves up and away from his or her face, never across. It never approaches a torso. The person cracking the whip at the speed of light stops the swing short of the partner’s body. The weight of the whip takes over and it wraps gently around the waist, neck or arm.Its entirely painless.Stead, whose father and grandfather were boxers and who has been a kick boxer and sabre fighter, says the fights are choreographed for safety.“We do some pretty impressive gags — live,” he says.“- Last year in Cyrano we had 20-foot-high falls, cannons going off, rifle fire, 20 men fighting on stage at the same time.“It seems at time reckless, but everything is based on safety. If we can’t guarantee the safety, we don’t do it.” He knows what the play requires, what the director wants and he choreographs the fights with each actor in mind.“Scott Wentworth and Wayne Best, in The Scottish Play, are very experienced fighters,” says Stead, flashing the rapier through the air with ease.“But they will putin 20 to 25 hours of rehearsals and it’s not point work, which takes even longer.“If an actor weighs 400 pounds and can’t walk up stairs, then I build the fight for what he can do.I use his strong points.“If a director comes up and says ‘I want so and so to fly from here to here, I make it happen.” Stage-fighting is an activity that involves practice and trust, straightforward thinking and concentration. For each stunt or fight there are several lines of defence.“If one breaks down, the second takes over,” he says.“If it breaks down another takes over, and so on.“We do not take chances.” Win an exciting weekend for two at the STRATFORD FESTIVAL in beautiful Stratford, Ontario Friday to Sunday, October 20-22 * Spend three nights French and english copees of the green paper on decentrokzation are available in each region at the offices of the Secrétariot au développement des régions and the offices of MNAs.rT = 4 ges a h _ - - _ Pare _— _ - db, ow = e + A Cr aT elm > => , > | NO ’ he rdf ms a Feel XK ob eae diy © ey Boros wpe ts aig gy marry La Aires buse ant of - a 4 A Ants to To > “ni rey » Ig , 22e ë À.| r I I I I I I | | | I | i I I I I I | I I I I | I I [ I I | I k A FAIRNESS AND APPROPRIATE JANCIAL RESOURCES Decentralization must be accompanied by greater fiscal and financial accountability. The green paper on decentralization discusses various sources of financing that will enable local authorities to assume their new responsibilities, e.g.tax transfers, conditional grants, fees, and so on.With regard to taxation, decentralization must focus on the following principles to ensure fairness and viability: * Within a given territory, taxpayers with the same financial capacity to pay must make a similar tax effort in respect of similar services.* Quebecers must be aware of the authority that levies the taxes and the use it makes of them.* The taxation system must be simple in order to minimize administrative costs.* The government must offset the inadequate fiscal capacity of a decentralized body, notably through equalization.IROAD RANGE OF TANSFERABLE POWERS The division of powers between the government and local and regional bodies is the focal point of the decentralization process. In some instances, the local or regional body may assume complete responsibility for a certain kind of service. In other instances, the government may continue to adopt regulations or norms but decentralize the management of operations or services. The green paper on decentralization identifies several examples of powers that could be transferred in a sovereign Québec. Moreover, it stresses that strong decentralized bodies with significant powers and resources could enable Quebecers to control several facets of their development.* Economic development: Quebecers have frequently demanded control over their economic development.Increasingly, residents of the regions are eager to get involved, to take control of their institutions and fully assume responsibility for their development.* Natural resources and management of the territory: Major paper, mining and energy distribution enterprises are developing certain resources, with the support of the government. However, a number of such government initiatives could be turned over to decentralized bodies. For example, local authorities could assume responsibility for exploitation of forests, public lands and mines. They could also take over the management and development of parks, sanctuaries and the operation of wildlife preserves and resources.Implementation and management services of facilities: Provided they are given additional funds, decentralized bodies could decide on the type of facilities they need to ensure development and they could assume responsibility for the management of such facilities. They could also take responsibility of existing facilities, which would be transferred to them at the same time as the necessary powers. This could include cultural or recreational facilities, infrastructures pertaining to industrial and commercial operations, parks, transportation networks and so on.| étre THE KEYQ > _ = = n + 3 dy ray ou * Tr) “À + | .tad a e » 4 « * on , ww - .’ œ Arty ar A ER f # ‘ .§ to +: A _ + 2 n Thr » * “La x # i tL o- ) re + > eur ei a: >, a + -— a me - +, #4 7 * I 2 * .> à aol À “ Ï 7 = * Lt ” * oh 3 aril on ou A ve” es LT.= wr.va un Gage
