statement of the Morning Chronicle, with respect to the postponement ofthe Equity Bill, is to this effect: \u2014 That the Lord Chancellor was not consulted in regard to the postponemeut\u2014that an estrangement and cessation of intercorse cunsequently took place between the Lord Chancellor and other personages who were concerned in the postponement\u2014that great personal exertion on the part
