south fifteen degrees east, as far as the stream St, Denis, by which said stream St.Denis the said lot of ground is bounded on thatside and in following its windings(sinuosités) as far as the line between the present lot of land, and that of Messrs.Patterson, Grant & Greenshields, who acquired the same from John Blackwood, esquire, by deed of the fourteenth July, ope thousand eight hundred and ten, which said Patterson, \u2018Grant & Greenshields, their Lairs and assigns, shall have the right, whenever they think proper, without any hindrance whatsoever, of\u2018changing the course of the waters 381 that may be found upon the lot presently described, for the purpose of waking them fall in the said stream St.Denis above the said fall, (chute) by cutting at their cost on the sid lot, §
