in possession of André Loisel, and to the north by land adjoining thereto and purchased from the aforesaid Pierre Huard and ( harlemagne Dugay, reserving the right of the said André Loisel, to the western half acre of this lot or parcel it thereunto he have any by his claim thereof in rear of said unmber twenty-eight, though it was always in the possession of Charlemagne Dugay, aud his representatives when he the said Andrew Loisel, shall give up the prolongation of lot number twenty-nine aforementioned, claimed by and purchased from Alexander Dugay, but now in the possession of the said André Loisel, (without however injury to the said Andié Loisel, respecting his house, barn and buildings that were not erected befure the claim of the respective parties from the land commissioners,) and he the suid André Loisel, gives compensation for the buildings that are now ot bereaîter may be erected on the suid half acre, or now consent to make the necessary exchange there is now on the said ot or parcel, and on the said western half acre a house built and occupied by Charlemagne Dugay, for many ears previous to dis sale of the said property.There s also an old cellar, in superficie more or less, by five acres in front, bounded in front by the rear or back of the third concession in rear of tront lots numbers nineteen, twenty, twenty-one, twenty two and twenty-three, in the rear or to the norih by River Nouvelle, to the west hy the last mentioned lot, and to the east by the other land belonging to the same.This acquired by purchase trom Fraa- çois Lajoye.9th A lot of land consisting of the prolongation and ibetwoconcessions in rear of the front ten acre lot number twenty-one, containing about forty-four acres in superficie more or less, by one acre in front, bounded to the south in front by the back or rear of said number twenty-one, to the north and rear by the above last described lot, to the west by Fabien Dugay, and to the east by Emwanuel Te Braceur.\u2018This also acquired by purchase from Frangois Lajoye.10th A lot of land immediately in rear of front lot number nineteen thesaid front lot containing ten acres enthe front of one acre by survey, the said number nineteen belonging to Rhené Dugay, this said lot in rear of number nineteen as aforesaid, and upon the same front containing in superficie about forty- six acres more or less, and purchased from Julien Dugay, is bounded in front by the rear of the said number nineteen as ascertained, and bounded by Alexander McNeil, esquire, surveyor, to the north and rear by part of the eighth described 1 t, to the west by Emmanuel Le Braceur, and to the east by land purchased by the same J.Ferguson Winter from Joseph Le Blane, appearing in some points of the register of the Gaspé land claim commissioners by the name of Du Blanc of Paspebiac.11th A lot of lad immediately in rear of front lot number eighteen, the said lot number eightcen being of the same depth by survey as the aforesaid front lot number nineteen, by one and one quarter acre in front or breadth, this said lot in rear of number eighteen, containing in superficie about sixty-eight acres more or less, upon about one and a quarter acre front, being bounded to the south by the rear of the said number eighteen, in rear and to the north by Hiver Nouvelle, to the west by the last described lot, and adjoining thereto, and to the east by land belonging to Peter Otsencr, and land bclorging to the Crown, this lot or parcel of land purchased from Joseph Le Blanc before mentioned, there is a dwelling house and other buildings and appurtenances erected on each of the last described lots or parcels of land.The whole of the foregoing described lots or parcels of land contain about five hundred superficial acres more or less.12th A lot on the beach of Paspebiac, on the eastern side of the entrance of the Barachois, to the north and west of Paspebiac Point, and to the western extremity of the west beach containing about two acres in superficie more or less, bounded on the north aud west by the said entrance and channel of the Baracbois, to the south by the Bay of Chaleurs, and to the east by Lewis Huard bought frum Joseph LeBlanc, who liad possessed and occupied it for many years, and claimedit from the Guspé land claim conimis- sioners, the whole with whatever buildings, flakes and improvements may be thereon erected, reserving and excepting the rights of Benjamin Joseph to a certain part of the said lot by Deed, that is to say, from the west or north-west gable of his iouse, to the west or north-west of the gable of the house of Louis Huard, or about one hundred feet tront more or less, and from the back or north of his said house to the north or west gable of the house of Louis Huard down to the sea, in the front or south, with such conditions, reserves and restrictions as will appear by the Deed aforementioned.-13th A lot on the beach of Paspebiac, towards the Point and to the westward thereof, of abont one and a half to two acres front by the breadth of the beach purchased from Charlemagne Dugay, \u2018bounded to the sonth- east by a lot belonging to Charles Robin and Co.which they purchased from Pierre Loisel, of about one acre front, to the north and west by Joseph Hototte.in the rear by the Barachois, and in front by the Bay of with a .house, stages, flakes and so forth, bought from André ; Castillan, of about one acre front by the breadth of the \" beach, bounded to the south and east by the last described ! lot, to the north and west by a lot heretofore belonging to ; Benjamin Castillan, in the rear by the Barachois, and to { the south, by the Bay of Chaleurs.16th A lot on the .beach as aforesaid, with a house of about sixteen feet square, ' stages, flakes, &c.of about one and a half acre front i more or less, by the breadth of the beach, bounded to the south and east by the last described lot, to the north and west by Hubert Castillan, in rear by the Barachois, and in | front by the Bay of Chaleurs, acquired by purchase from the .former proprietors ; the whole of the above described beach lots have been oecupied and improved, built upon &c, formany years, claimed from the Gaspé land claim commissioners, and purchased by the defendant from the several and ori- .ginal proprietors.17th Another lot situate at the Point of i Paspebiac beach, containing abeut twenty acres in superficie more or less, bounded on the north and west by Benjamin Trachy and Abraham Trachy, now by Jacques Lamy, who purchased from them a lot of about one acre in front, in the rear and to the north and east by the DBarochois and the \u2018neck of the beach, with a straight line direct from the south-east corner of the Barachois across the neck of the bench to the south and east, and south and west by the Bay of Chaleurs, this lot is of no value for the fishery, being too much exposed to the violence of the wind
