representatives when he the said Andrew Loisel shall give up the prolongation of lot number twemy nine afpre- mentioned, claimed by and purchased from Alexander Dugay, but now in the possession of the said André Loisel, (without however injury to the said André Luiesl respecting hie house, barn and buildings that were not erected befure the claim of the respective parties from the land of the last mentioned, coniaining about fifiy acres in superficies more or less, hy five acres in front, bounded in front by the rear or back of the third concession in rear of front lots numbers nineteen, twenty, twenty one, twenty two and iwenty three, in the rear or to the north by river Nouvelle, to the west by the last mentioned lot, and to the east by the other land belonging to the same.This acquired by purchase from François Lajoye.9.A lot of land consisting of the prolonga tion und the (wo concessions tn rear ofthe front ten acre lot number twenty one, containing forty four acres in superficies.more or less, by one acre in front, bounded to the south in front by the back or rear of said number twenty one, to the north and rear by the above last described lot, to the west by Fabien Du.gay, and to the east by Emmanuel Le Braceur.\u2018This also acquired by purchase from Frangois Lajoye.10.A lot of land immediately in rear of front lot number nineteen, the said front lot containing ten acres on the front of one acre by survey, the suid number nineteen belonging to Rhené Dugay, this said lot in rear of number nineteen as aloresaid, and upon the same front containing in superficies about forty six acres more or less, and purchased from Julien Dugay, is bounded in front by the rear of the said number nineteen as ascertained, and bounded by Alexander McNeil, esquire, surveyor, to the north and redr by part ol the eighth describdd dot, (0 the west by Emmanyel Le Brae A 398 ve ee pin \u2014 ok cour, and to the east by land purchased by ihe same J.Ferguson Winter from Joseph Le Blanc, appearing in some parts of the register of the Gaspé land claim commissioners by the name of Du Blanc of Paspebiac.11.A lot of land immediately in rear of front lot number eighteen, the said lot number eighteen being of the same depth by surveys as the afuresaid front lot number nineteen, by one and one quarter acre in front or breadih, this said lot in rear of number eighteen, containing in superficies about sixty eight acres more or less, upon about une and a quarter acre front, being bounded to the south by the rear of the said number eighteen, in rear and to the north by river Nouvelle, 1o the west by the last described lot, and adjoining thereto.and to the east by land belonging to Peter Ousener, aud Jand belonging to the Crown, this lot or parcel of land purchased from Joseph Le Blanc before mentioned, there is a dwelling house and other buildings and appurienances erected on each of the last described lots or parcels of land.The whole of the ioregaing described lots or parcels of land contain about five hundred superficial acres, more or less.12.A lot on the beach of Paspebiac, on the eastern side of the entrance of the Barachois, to the north and west of Paspebiac Point, and to the western exiremity of the west beach, containing about two acres in superficies, more or less, bounded on the north and west by the said entrance and channel of the Barachois, to the south by the Bay of Chaleurs, and to the east by Louis Huard, bought from Joseph Le Blanc, who had possessed and occupied it for many years, and claimed it from the Gaspé land claim commissioners, the whole with whatever buildings, flakes and improvements may be thereon erected, reserving and excepting the rights of Benjamin Joseph, to a certain part of the said lot, by deed, that is to say,from the west or north west gable of his house, to the west or north west of the gable of the house of Louis Huard, or about one hundred feet front, more or less, and from the back or north of his said house, to the north or west gable of the house of Louis Huard, down to the sea, in the front or south, with such conditions, reserves and restrictions as will appear by ; house, stages, flakes, and so forth, bought from André Castillan, of about one acre front by the breadth of the beach, bounded to the south and east by the last described lot, 10 the north and west by a lot heretofore belonging to Benjamin Castillan, in the rear by the Barachois, and to the south by the Bay of Chaleurs.16.A lot on the beach as aforesaid, with a house o! about sixteen feet square, stages, flakes, &c.of abont one and a hall acre front, more or less.by the breadth of -the beach, bounded to the south and east by the last described lot, to the north and west by Hubert Castillan, in
