against Demoiselle MARIE SIMON, df the city of Quebec, spinster, in her quality of testarfrentary executtix of the late François Xavier Simon, esquire, ib his lifetime of Quebee, advocate, to wit:\u2014 1, ** An undivided quarter in an emplacement situate in the Saint Roch suburh, Saint Vallier street, mea- suting forty eight feet and eight inches in front, on the said Saint Vallier street, and diminishing in suth a way that: it otily comprehends forty seven feet between the fences at the foot of thie ¢ape, upon the ah ilies depth which there may be between the south level of the said St.Vallier stréet and the heights of the côteau Ste.Geneviève ; bounded towards the north by the said St.Vallier street, towards the south by the said heights of the côteau Ste.Geneviève, juining towards the east to the heirs Gabriel Gagnon, and towards the west the emplacement hereafter d.scribed; together with a wooden louse On \u2018u stone foundation, aud a hangar, also of wood, thereon erected.2.Ancther emplacement situate at tlie same place, measuring twenty six feet and three inches in front on St, Vallier street aforesaid, whereof two feet make part of a passage of four feet, in eommon (miloyen) with the neighbour of the west side, and widening in such a way that the said emplacement measures twenty nine feet between the east fence and a hangar to the west at the foot of the cape, upon the depth which there may be between the said St.Vallier street and the said beights of côteau Ste.Geneviève 5;
