R.Roy Simmons.Finch, Ont, Alex M.Wallace, Smiths Falls, Ont.Rowan Stansell, Aylmer, Ont.In other words the Nomination Commitiee has proposed that the first four of that five be re.clected for another term of 2 years, with Rowan Stansell as successor to W_ Clarence Mann, who, as already indicated, automatically retires.Alex M, Wallace is, of course, a son of the late J M.Wallace of Fairview Ayrshire Farm, Athelstan, Que.Several amendments to the By-Laws with respect to registrations.wre being proposed, By FRANK NAPIER out of samme being thay a hall will not be accepted for regis tration unless his dam has a \u201cGood Plus\u201d rating or hetler, amd also has BCA, Indexes of 115 in both milk and fat, Al present, a bull is accepted if his dam has a B.C.A.rating ol 100 for both milk and fat, It is also proposed that the minimum fee for the registration ol feinales be raised to $3.00 for animals up to 6 months of age;
