pleased Us to prorogue the Legislature of Our Province of Quebec, and to couvoke it for the thirteenth day of the month of December, one thousand nine hundred aud four.And whereas, We have thought 6t, by and with the advice and consent of Our Executive Council of Our said Province of Quebec, to Dissolve the Legislative Aflserably of Our mud Province ; NOW KNOW YE, that, by this Our Royal
