the hospital, it has been decreed by the Department of Health in Quebec that there will be no election this year and that the two representatives chosen last year will remain in office a second year.Chapeau Hospital Board will have similar elections.There will be no election for the Board of Reception Centre (Old Folks Home) in Shawville until the home is built so the present members remain in office.At the Manors in Fort Coulonge and at Campbell's Bay the professional staff, the non professional staff, and the Board must each meet and elect their respective members to the new Board of Directors.The CLSC at Fort Coulonge Board contains ten members, four of whom will be up for re-election, one by the professional employees, one by the non professional employees and two by the Government of Quebec.The Government, by Order in Council, has the privilege of naming two members to all the above boards.These choices are made from a list of names sent to the Governor General of of Ottawa.Mr Kelly is Secretary to the Board of Governors of Heritage Canada.He showed slides of the work of that organization which has pledged itself to preserve Canada\u2019s historic buildings and sites.Mr Kelly showed great interest in the local project of restoring the old (\u2019PR station and converting it into a Museum to be located on the Fair Grounds.A large turnout of members of the
