Transcript of all the rules, orders and proceedings found in the record or register of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for Lower Canada in the Province of Canada (appeal side) in a certain cause lately pending in the said Court and wherein Frederick Eugène Globensky, Esquire, notary, of the Parish of St. Eustache, in the District of Montreal, in his capacity of tutor to Miss Virginie Dumont, a minor child issue of the marriage of the late Charles Lambert Dumont and of the late Dame Sophia Bush, being authorized under and by virtue of the advice of the relations and friends of the said Virginie Dumont, duly homologated for the purpose of the appeal, was appellant, and Pierre Laviolette, of the Parish of St. Eustache aforesaid, and Dame Elmire Dumont, his wife, from him duly authorized, were respondents; to be transmitted on an appeal to Her Majesty in her Privy Council from the judgment rendered in the said Court of Queen's Bench for Lower Canada
