enchère, costs and charges of Hugh Kennedy, of Quebec, cooper, to wit:\u2014A land situated aod being iu tbe parish and seiguivry of Beauport, near the Bacal Mill of the said seigniory, consisting in thirty-seven feet in front, including seven feet of the river of the sad mill, by thirty feet in depth, English measure, taking the said front at one end to the north fourteen feet nine iuches along
