situate and being in the seigniory and parish of River du Loup, containing as much land as may be found in breadth, between the emplacement of the children of Louis Hamel, towards the south or south thereon erected, the whole forming a very good establishment for carrying on business.20.A land situate in the parish of the River du Loup, containing an arpent in front by twenty arpents in depth, bounded in front by the great River du Loup, and in the rearby Etienne Mayrand, esquire, joining on one side towards the south-west to Pierre Bazin, esquire, and on the other side towards the
