de là nord, quatre-vingt-six degrés et cinquante minutes (80'.Ô0') est.suivant la ligne qui divise les dits lots numéros un et deux, sur une distance de soixante-dix-sept, chaînes et quatre-vingt-douze chaînons jusqu'à une ligne qui divise les neuvième et dixième rangs ; de là sud, quatre-vingt-cinq degrés et huit minutes (85\\8') est, suivant la ligne qui divise les lots numéros un et deux, dans le dixième rang, sur une distance de soixante-dix chaînes et soixante-trois chaînons jusqu'au point de départ; thence due west, along the said international line between Dominion of Canada and the United States of America, a distance of seventy-seven chains and sixty links to the line dividing tho eight and ninth ranges ; thence north, twenty minutes (0 20') east, along the line dividing the said eight and ninth ranges, a distance of thirty-one chains and forty-five links to the line dividing lots numbers one and two ; thence north, eighty-six degrees and fifty minutes (86'50') east, along the line dividing said lots numbers one and two, a distance of seventy-seven chains and ninety-two links to the line dividing the ninth and tenth ranges ;
