Et attendu «pie le dit surintendant spécial a fait audit conseil un rapport mentionnant le nombre de maisons bâties et habitées sur le dit territoire, et la désignation des limites qui, dans son opinion, doivent être données au territoire ci-après plus particulièrement décrit, contenant au moins quarante maisons habitées dans une étendue n'excédant pas soixante arpents en superficie ;
