closing time.The manager, Andre Blouin, 24, said a man he now believes was involved in the robbery entered the bank at 2.53 and engaged him in conversation.Very shortly after dial, Mr.Blouin said, two other men, one of them armed with a revolver, entered and ordered him to lie down on the floor facing the wall.Mr.Blouin said he was struck on the head, and bound and gagged with adhesive tape.¦ Only partially conscious from the blow, Mr.Blouin was not aware of what happened next.He estimated this morning that the men had escaped with about $4,000.The two men then fled by car, a black 1963
