enfemble le bas territoire de Crimée, que le l\u2019Empire Ruflien.La Porte doit en outre taire à fa Majeité Ruflienne unc compcntfation pécuniaire.\u2019 ?Qu'à l\u2019egard de l\u2019Empereur d\u2019Allemagne, les deux grandes Provinces de Moldavie et Valachie, au Nord du Danube, doivent lui être cédées à perpétuité;
