cultivator, to wit : 1st.Twoarpents and eight perches of land in front, more or less, by forty arpents or thereabouts in depth, situate in the third range of the parish of St.Roch, bounded ag the lower end by Pierre Noël Pelletier, and Jean Baptiste Provost, at the upper end by the tenants of the fourth range, towards the south west by Jeremie Belange:, and towards the north east by Louis wit : TD QUEBEC BANK, against No.1696.DUNCAN McCALLUM, of the city.county and district of Quebec, merchant, and two others, in the hands of Michel Landry, of Quebec, curator au délaissement, to wit: All that lot of land and premises commonly called the Beauport Mills, situate and being in the parish of Beauport, near the city of Quebec, consisting of all that lot of land purchased by the late Honorable John Young and others from the late Jucherean Duchesnay, Esquire, Seignior of Beauport, and Peter Stuart of the city of Quebec, Esquire, bounded on the north-cast by the river Beauport and lands of the heirs of the said Juchereau Duchenay, and on the south-west by the lands of Thomas Rocheleau and Thomas Parent, or theii representatives, and the land acquired by the said John Young and others, from the said Rochelean and Parent, which is divided from the lot thus described by a stone wall and buildings thereon, together with all the buildings erected on the said lot thus described, and all and singular the machinery, fixtures and implements whatsoever, in and helonging to the said buildings, as well as the mill dam and all waters, water courses and other the appurtenancesand dependencies whatsoever to the said lot of land and buildings belong - ing or in any wise appertaining.Subject the said lot of land thus described to grant and hold in cominon with the adjoining lot cow owned by John Kacey, the road on the premises between the King's highway and the rivers Beau- port and St.Lawrence, and the use of the wharf\u2019 vn the river Beaupott and canal as now occupied,
