cette grande nappe naturelle d'eau.La séance d'information a réuni durant plus de deux heures des élus municipaux.des résidents riverains et des agriculteurs.Ce plan d'action qui vient être présenté est l\u2019{uvre d'un groupe conjoint de travail formé de plusieurs personnes.Les membres de ce comité sont notamment issus de la municipalité de Saint-Anicet.du MEN- VIQ.du ministère de locaux.Les gestes contenus dans ce plan d'action cherchent à maintenir le potentiel d'usage du lac Saint-François pour les activités riveraines dans le secteur de Saint-Anicet.Pour atteindre cet objectif, il faudra intervenir notamment sur les eaux provenant de la rivière La Guerre lors du fonctionnement du système de pompage en saison estivale.Il s'agit également de maintenir les opérations agricoles qui se déroulent dans lc bassin versant de la rivière La Guerre, tout en limitant les impacts négatifs qu'entraine le pompage de ces caux sur la qualité de celles du lac Saint- François et, conséquemment, sur les activités des riverains.Ensuite.il faut s'assurer que les autres sources de contamination des eaux du lac soient aussi contrôlées.Parmi les moyens préconisés à l'intérieur de ce plan d'action, il y à la vérification de l\u2019état des installations septiques des nouvelles résidences et de celles qui requièrent des modifications, la promotion de la «renaturalisation» des rives du lac Saint-François et leur surveillance.La municipalité de Saint-Anicet et le MEN- VIQ seront responsables de ces mesures.Optimiser les opérations de la station de pompage fait aussi partie des
