another occurred when two private cars struck each pther under similar circumstances; and a third was that of a man who drove his auto into the rear end of a truck.Only in the latter case was anybody injured, in the others the only damage was the bending or denting of fenders.Turkey Herders Prosper On U.S.Western Plains SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, — Turkey has become a year-around meat dish and the industry in Utah and Idaho is assuming the importance of cattle and sheep raising.Thousands of persons are m- ployed annually in the two states in the turkey-raising cycle of hatching, feeding, ranging, killing, processing and shipping. And a new term has entered western talk. Before it was only sheep herders and cowboys. Now “turkey herder’ has been added.mer months, and will be received with welcome by the boys.'
