been cooked until tender in boiling water.Bake in a greased pan 30 minutes in a moderate oven.For \u2018special occasions, pour the following sauce over the macaroni just before serving: Cream 1 tablespoon of butter with 2 tablespoons flour.Add 1-2 cup of milk and 1-2 cup cream.Cook until thick.Then add 1 cup mushrooms and some of the mushroom juice, Sandwich de Luxe 1-2 cup ground pickles,
