siding, metal, gypsum, insulation, furniture, clothing and other waste not related to the operation of the company, within 45 days of this ruling.\u201d In the event of non compliance within the prescribed period, the municipality may proceed with the costs reimbursed by the company.The court also ordered Béton Charly Ltée to immediately cease the operation of a dump or the depositing of Pilon of the year The Frontaliers Actifs program at Arthur-Pigeon High School was well represented at the provincial level with three candidates attending the provincial RSEQ Gala on June 6 in Repentigny, including Emilie Pilon, who was selected as the secondary five student-athlete of the year.SARAH RENNIE sarah.rennie@tc tc The captain of the D2 juvenile girl's volleyball team, Emilie was a positive influence on the squad with not only with her technical skills but her sense of team spirit as well.She was the best setter on the team, and her leadership and coordination also allowed her to become an effective blocker and a dangerous striker.She will be attending the Cegep de Sherbrooke in the fall, where she was recruited to play for the school\u2019s Division 1 (AAA) volleyball team.Off the court, Ms.Pilon is equally impressive, with an overall average of 97% at school.She is described as a leader within the school and is very involved in student life as a Frontalier Actifs committee member and assistant coach of the bantam team, as well as serving as a tutor to younger students.\u201cShe deserves it,\u201d says Lucie Léger, the Coordinator of the Frontaliers Actifs program.\u201cI knew I had a good record, but I also knew all of the other girls had good records as well,\u201d says Emilie Pilon.\u201cI don't think it was an easy decision for the committee,\u201d she adds, modestly.As for her future in sports, \u201cit is just starting,\u201d she smiles, suggesting she is looking forward to continuing her success on and off the court next year in Sherbrooke.All the same, she admits it will be hard to leave the nurturing environment provided by the Frontalier Actifs.\u201cIt is super.It allows us to develop to our full potential,\u201d she says May the Betty Riel Foundation held a spring evening of entertainment in Ormstown, with music, dancing, an auction and fashion show The event raised a total of $3,020 for the organization.The Foundation is currently averaging at least forty rides per month, and to date has provided a total of 1,825 rides to cancer patients at a cost of $110,000.The organization works with SABE.C.in They are ready to fight, yet, when we (the citizens of Havelock) vocalise our concerns with the negative effects of telecommunication emissions, they will not cooperate or help us with OUR fight.Is there something rotten in the state of Havelock?We have been misled by the Municipality's Council from the very start.We have over 360 signatures supporting our cause to prevent a new tower from being built.Is there not someone of authority that can help us?Please come forth, before it is too late?We are uncomfortable with the signals a new 65-meter tower will emit.There are 3 structures on the summit of Covey Hill; do we really need to demolish an old one to make room to construct a new one more than twice the height?Our mountain should be preserved as it is now.The visual aspect of Covey Hill will be changed.It is up to the citizens of Havelock and the surrounding municipalities to speak up to prevent our mountain from being defaced.Will we have the same look as the vista seen going south on the 202 from Huntingdon at the border in the State of New-York?I strongly hope not, there are hundreds of wind generators.They started by building one, then two, then three.The present results speak for themselves! L'histoire du vol inusité des chaises de parterre survenu à Ormstown se poursuit de plus belle! Entre le 8 et le 9 juin, deux autres chaises de parterre ont été volées sur le balcon arrière d\u2019une résidence de la rue McBain, ce qui porte le nombre de chaises dérobées à cinq, en l'espace
